Hop Skotched

2011
Installation, live event as part of ‘Up The Wall’ by Chester Performs
Chester Castle, Chester

Hop Skotched presented visitors to Chester Perform’s live art show ‘Up The Wall’ a series of familiar and unfamiliar hopscotch games from around the globe. A game of skill, agility and territory, and here played with toy soldiers as pucks, Hopskotched referenced Chester Castle’s military history and Britain’s colonial past which is credited with spreading the game across the globe.

Adults and children both competed into the night.
